I would like to do a number of code enhancements I have recently raised (so
that it is not only asking but a bit of giving too;)
Would it be possible to have development access to the CVS repository?
What is the policy for check ins in this project?

Also, I am having few compilation issues with the latest code checked out
from the head. It seems I am missing a couple of third party jars. Can you
please suggest what version and from where I can download these jars?
a) Missing "intersys" jar in
sql12/plugins/cache/src/com/intersys/classes/SYSTEM and
sql12/plugins/cache/src/de/ixdb/squirrel_sql/plugins/cache
b) Missing "oracle" jar in sql12/test/adhoc/test
