Resetting top margin in LaTex

Hi all,
I am fairly new to LaTex.  My documentclass is article. On the first page, the first thing is the TITLE. I want to drop the TITLE on the title page 20mm below the top margin. The rest of the pages should be unaffected. How do I do this? Thanks.
