Restrict Senders plugin

Some customers are abusing our squirrelmail to send spam, an therefore our server gets blacklisted.

To prevent this in the future i think we need the Restrict Senders plugin.

We noticed the plugin section is closed.

Cane anyone tell us where we can download this plugin.
