Result list becoming blank in explorer weka3-6-1

I am using weka-3-6-1 explorer, doing classification.
After finishing and saving results of few classifiers, starting LWL on the same dataset made Result list (Box in RHS) blank.

Did you get an error? Either popup box or in the log?

I did not see any error in log or any popup box.

OK, have you tried another JVM as I pointed out in my other post?

Otherwise, it's hard to tell what's going on with your machine, if you
don't post dataset and classifier setup.
