Results of the 2009 user survey

Hi,

I finally got around to adding up the results of the 2009 user survey.
Thanks to everyone who participated!

As always, it was very enlightening to read through all the responses.
I was particularly surprised about the high percentage of GnuGk users
who use it for video calls: 43% of the respondents use video!

There were a lot of great ideas, like securing the status port as an
ssh connection or how bandwidth management could look like.
I have added them all to the collection of ideas for new features for
