Reverse Dependency LookupHi,
My company is using free Nexus, and are looking into having a "reverse dependency" report to help us better comprehend our enterprise artifact usage. I looked at the feature list of Nexus pro and the nexus book and didn't see anything there that looked like it covered this, and I didn't find anything on the mailing lists or in JIRA. I might just be using the wrong keywords for my searches... In its simplest form I'm talking about the "Used By" tab that Archiva has. I played around with putting Archiva in front of Nexus, and then forcing Archiva to proxy things out of Nexus, and then look at the Used By tab for artifacts, and Archiva definitely gave me the information I needed. Obviously that is a clunky way to do it. Does Nexus have this type of capability, and if not, is it on the roadmap for either the free or pro versions? Thanks! Jacob Robertson |

Re: Reverse Dependency LookupYes we are planning to implement this functionality in the 1.4.x
timeframe for the Pro version. It will build upon the Maven 3.x model builder to be correct and matching the maven resolution code.
