Revproxy refactoring

Hi all,

The reverse proxy has been refactored and merged into the upstream
repository. This new module is always experimental and needs more tests
to be safely used in production. However, it seems to fix some problems
encountered with the old one.

In order to improve its stability, all feedbacks are welcomed.
