Rich Document support for solr-ruby and acts_as_solr

Hello,

I have developed two extensions that enable solr-ruby (download: rich.rb) and acts_as_solr (download: rich_methods.rb) to handle rich documents. Details are in the attached files.

Previously announced on the acts_as_solr mailing list, please read the rest there.

I hope you like it, let me know if/how we want to take this further.
