Rtree flushing?

Howard, Brent: either of you having problems reopening indexes stored
to disk? I am (0.4.3 as well as 0.5), and wondering if there needs to
be some explicit flushing with spatialindex >= 1.4.0. Seems like I
didn't have this problem with 1.3.
