SASL/EXTERNAL : first patch attempt

Hi everyone,

Being interested in implemented SASL/EXTERNAL in NSS LDAP, in order to
avoid using binddn/rootbinddn, I wrote a small patch.

I submitted it inside the bugreport

As I stated in the bugreport, please feel free to send me any
comment/remark/question, etc....

This patch includes a new option to set the SASL Mechanism.

Note that for testing, if using GSSAPI, you will have to position this new
option to GSSAPI.
