SCode plugin with 3.0?

I see that the SCode plugin is available for download and was curious if

This is a 3rd party plugin that's not included with blojsom.

Also, I am familiar with immigration lines since my last visit to the US involved a 1 hour wait. I have installed the plug in in a blog I am hosting. So far it seems to work OK.
