SICK S300 at 500k baudrate

Hi again,

I also found a problem with my SICK S300 baudrate in player 2.1.2. It seems that the opaque driver can't manage 500K baudrate.

Searching on serialstream.cc I found that the highest velocity that can manage is 115200 although it says that 500K is supported.

It can be easily solved adding the 500000 value on  SerialStream::ChangeTermSpeed(int speed) switches.

After recompiling, the laser works ok at 500K baudrate.
