SIGSEGV message to working project

Hello all!
I have written some code in c and i can compile and run with gcc (just calling it from console). Then i tried to use monodevelop to compile it it gives SIGSEGV everytime i try to run? When i check the options for debugging, it says mdevelop already uses gcc. Could there be an error about it?
