SMF: Forms bug- quote in hidden field

Bug: hidden field is only partially preserved if a double quote occurs in a
hidden field Repro steps: 1) Edit the article and set a parameter with a double quote " somewhere mid string. 2) Edit using a form that declares the field as hidden. Save the form. Bug: On subsequent editing the article, you will notice that the parameter has now been right trimmed up to and including the first double quote. If you cannot repro, whoever is interested let me know and I wll do a simple example on the demo wiki. The link below demonstrates the bug seen. However it is much lower
severity, since it does not happen as I reported to hidden fields, but to fields unmentioned on the form. The form on my site had an encoding error that effectively meant that the fields were not mentioned on the form.
