SPI Communication between TMS470 and MC9S08SG16/32

Hi,

I am new to this embedded field and i need a basic idea on this.
Let me explain my requirment....My main Micro is TMS470 and Slave MC9S08SG I need to flash an Image from Main Micro to Slave using SPI protocol.

Please help me how to proceed any share ur ideas with me...
