SSL explorer user setups

We have sslexplorer running at work. It was set up a long time ago and the person who did this has left.
Recently a user complained that his Xsession had lost menus and nothing on the right click mouse button. I assume this is the X session and not anything to do with the sslexplorer but I can find any documentation on how users are set up , only how to install the program.
I found the installation under /opt/sslexplorer and I assume each user has a configuration somewhere - .vnc ?
Should I just stop and restart that users session ?  and how ?
