SSL patch for tightvnc 1.3.10

Hi vnc gurus,

I've been successfully using the SSL patch from x11vnc against
1.3.7dev for what seems like an eternity.

So I decided it was time to patch 1.3.10 myself (I really wanted to
try the scaling feature).

In the hope that others can make use of it too, here it is.
