Subject: SUNDIALS 2.4.0 package for Ubuntu 9.04?
Hi all
I recently updated my SUNDIALS from 2.2.0 (Ubuntu packages) to the
source distribution of 2.4.0, and was pleased to see that it resolved
some bugs I had been seeing with spurious detection of boundary
crossings (root detection).
Does anyone have, or know where I can get, binary .deb packages of
SUNDIALS 2.4.0 for the current Ubuntu distribution 9.04? This would be a
help with distributing our application, ASCEND. I'm working on adding
support for integration of conditional models, and as far as I can tell,
this needs the latest version for everything to work properly, otherwise
boundary crossing get detecting twice instead of once per crossing.
I note that Ubuntu Karmic is shortly to come out, and it will include
2.3.0. FWIW I posted a request for an update to 2.4.0.
