Sorry, I don't know where to get any 12-bit JNG images (image-sample-depth 12 or 20). Compile libjpeg that way and make your own (12-bps JPEG/JFIF, that is), then slap some JNG headers on it and you're set. Possibly there are already some JPEG/TIFFs out there that could be adapted, too, but TIFF is kind of a mess to pick apart.
