Sangoma drops FreeBSD support - is there a replacment?

I've got a couple of their A301 DS3 cards (one in production, one as
backup on the shelf), and the one in production is working fine for
now, but since Sangoma have dropped support for FreeBSD across the
board, I'm looking for an alternative.

Anyone know of a good DS3 replacement card that supports FreeBSD?
