Scale all fonts?

Hi!

The new laptop arrived, and it is reminding me of a lovely trend:
screen resolutions are increasing!  Sadly, much of the web is stuck in
the dark ages, and specifies font sizes and table layouts in pixels
(or similar), leaving many pages nigh-illegible.

Galeon's font-size spinner to the rescue!  That's one of my favourite
features today...

Now: is there a way to open _all_ tabs, always, with a page scaling of
150% or whatever?

No, the "Font" dialogue doesn't quite answer.  (1) Many pages specify
a font size that is too small, and that is ignored by Galeon (why?
Checking and unchecking "Always use these fonts" seems to only affect
typeface, not size).  (2) the "minimum size" button, while a great
idea, breaks page layouts that assume a small font in, eg. a table.

I can't find any likely-looking variables under gconf-editor, either.

Thanks for reading!
-Ben
