Scheduling ant tasks through CruiseControl

Has anyone used cruisecontrol (http://cruisecontrol.sourceforge.net/) to schedule ant scripts.

We want to schedule our jmeter scripts (which will be run through ant). Like they should run every night at 11 P.M automatically. This could be done via cruisecontrol. If someone has used cruisecontrol, please share the information regarding same and if possible share a config.xml file which performs this task.
