ScratchboxToolkit for nslu2

  I just upgrade the ScratchboxToolkitMultiCpu-2.3  to include toolchain/rootstrap for armev4b and mipsel using gcc-4.2.1 and
uClibc-0.9.30.1.
( from Landley's  http://impactlinux.com/code/firmware/downloads/binaries/ )

  The livecd allows to use either cross or native compiler , nslu2 and openwrt_ala_kamikaze  are prefenrentially aimed at  !!!
