Where I can set up Nuxeo to perform a search including east european special letters like : Ž or č or š ?

I could't figur it out in the Indexing & Searching part of Nuxeo EP Book - The Reference?

What version of Nuxeo are you using ? In 5.2, it would depend on the DB you're using.
