Has anyone seen S2 of SJA? I have. I'm just about to watch the very last ep. It's been excellent but if I have one,,,,,,no,,,,,2 complaints, they are these......

1. It's a bit too emotional for my liking. I've loved the show, don't get me wrong, but I hope they move on from exploring the emotional plights of the characters for next season. You know....Luke's identity, Clyde's family situation, Sarah's past. I love seeing and knowing about Sarah's past but I think we've done it now and so let's go on. I'd like to see more about her time with the Dr if anything has to be explored from her past. But  I think it is time for more action as in S1.
2. I really, really , really hate Sarah's hair in S2. I said it before that it is a young person's hair style and far too stark for her. When it's ruffled, it's ok, but when it's a straight combed studio do, it's horrible. I loved her hair in School Reunion and also in S1 of SJA. Similar to the old style, but more fitting her age and  still very very trendy.........really suited her. Soft around her face. This one just makes her look quite odd.....it actually shows her age rather than enhances it. If you know what I mean. I think Elisabeth looks fantastic and nothing like her age but they make no mystery about how old she is so I think hair befitting that should be important. I loved in 'Mark of the Berserker', how her greys shone through on top when outside. Yeah,  I love that. I love how they don't hide her age and yet we marvel at how great she looks. BUt I do think a new style would be best next season. Go back to the layered S1 style. That was really lovely.

How have people liked this new season? I......did a bad thing...... I have been showing S2 to my class.....one ep each day as an end of yr treat. They are rivetted. This is a pretty tough school that I teach at, where kids don't get motivated about anything positive and  yet they get right up close with the smart board and don't take their eyes off SJA. If I don't let them see pt 2 of an ep, till the next day, they kick up a right old stink. Many are watching s1 on Pay TV....yes at long last it has come to Oz. They are enjoying it  and making connections with the S2 shows I'm showing them. I can truely believe why this show is the no.1 kids' show in the UK. If my class loves it, then everyone will love it.

My class is yr 3/4. 8,9 and 10 yr olds. They just love it. I am so thrilled that they do. It shows how great the show is if my kids love it. they are a tough little bunch and yet they ask for sarah jane every day.

Aw, that's sweet!  I'm glad that your class likes the program.
(Sorry for the late reply; with the holidays, I haven't been home much!)

Hello Stardoe, hope its not too hot where you are.
Hobart is warm reaching over 30 C (which is warm for us) and as most of us aren't used to the heat here, its been trying.

For Christmas, I received S1 of the SJA, I'm taking my time watching it in recent weeks.
Good to see Sarah Jane about, though I think this whole idea should have proceeded after she left Dr Who (such as K9 and co).
Still better late than never.

Stay cool.
