Hello all,

Just wanted to jump in here and introduce myself. I'm Julia, the 2009 Season of Usability student working with Gallery this summer. I'm a current HCI masters student, with a background in social science research. This summer, I'll be working to develop and implement a survey to help better understand Gallery's users. You can read more about the project and my research plan here: http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Season_of_Usability_2009

I would love to hear from all of you about the project and what you'd like to see come out of it. I really want this survey to be as helpful to the Gallery community and to the development of future iterations of Gallery as possible. I'm particularly interested to know what kind of data we could potentially glean from the survey that all of you developers would find most useful.

Please let me know if you have any thoughts, questions, advice, etc. And also, visit the project idea wiki: http://codex.gallery2.org/Gallery3:Season_of_Usability_2009_Ideas

Thanks! I'm looking forward to working with all of you!

Cheers,
Julia

It's amazing to see Gallery developing from geek's quick hack almost 8
years ago to a full fledged enterprise-level project now even supported by
usability researchers.

Welcome Julia, keep up your good mood!
