Security Analyst and Security Architect opportunities

I wanted to reach out to see if anyone was interested or had any insight on where I could find strong Security people.  I work at ADP in their HR department and we are always looking for talented Security people.  If anyone is interested or knows of someone who would be, or has any ideas of organizations, blogs, etc that we should belong to please let me know ([e-mail])  I believe we are going to the SANS event at the end of this month in DC.
