Position: Security Engineer
Location: Miami, Florida, United States
Type: Permanent P/T

Job Description
Company Overview: Our Client is an international security technology company providing leading edge, enterprise class security solutions to the Service Provider and F500 Markets.
Description: As a primary technical source on the field team, you will work with the sales team to facilitate deployments and be a primary support for the client base.
Responsibilities:
-Problem resolution and diagnostics
-On site technical support
-Installation and support of product trials and new deployments.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
---------------------------------------------------
Requirements:
-Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems or similar technical degree.
-Strong knowledge of operating systems such as LINUX and Windows (2003, XP/2000).
-Proven experience in configuration, installations and maintenance for network and operating systems.
-Analytical skills in all phases: solution integrations, maintenance, testing etc.
-Knowledge of proxies (SQUID, Netcaché, BlueCoat, etc), routers, and firewalls is a must.
-Knowledge of IP networking, TCP, FTP, HTTP
-Proactive, hardworking and client oriented.
-English native speaker, Spanish a must
-Willing to travel.
