Seeking help to install ooo sdk in ubuntu

Hi,

I am having some problems with installing the ooo sdk 3.1 in ubuntu. when I
try to install it an error message appeared like this.

Error: Dependency is not satisfiable: ooobasis3.1-core01

can you help me please,  it is argent for me to install sdk for my
development. I was using widows before and I switched to ubuntu. sdk was
working fine with windows but when I try it in ubuntu above error occurred.
if you can me anything please send them.

Hi,

the sdk installs into the base layer of a normal office installation.
This is the reason for the dependency. Ubuntu pack the office on their
own and probably rename their packages. The simplest way is to install
an office from www.openoffice.org and install the SDK in this.

Hi Jayanga,

The SDK on Ubuntu should be the openoffice.org-dev package. Simply use the following command:
sudo apt-get install openoffice.org-dev

and everything should be ok.
