Hi, in the past we have had the ability to reassign closed issues, which was useful for us when an issue had gone through the workflow correctly but needed to be placed on someone's 'list'. I noticed last week that this function seems to have been lost, unless we make issues wholly editable when closed, by deleting the 'jira.issue.editable false' property, but we just want users to be able to reassign, not edit every field.
We could get around this by having an 'assign' transition from the Closed step to the Closed step, but I just don't understand where this function has gone. We're using 3.13.5, having upgraded from 3.12, but I have another instance, 3.13.3, where I can still reassign closed issues. JIRA's documentation, as of 8th October, says 'JIRA's default workflow prevents closed issues from being edited or reassigned. If you wish to loosen this restriction, it can be done by editing the JIRA workflow and removing the jira.issue.editable flag from the Closed step', but this does not mention whether this has always been the case.
Does anyone know if this changed in JIRA recently? Or does it seem more likely to be a result of something we've changed internally, e.g. permissions?
Thanks.
