Selenium tests for Archiva

I'm interested in getting the Selenium tests for Archiva going again.
I opened MRM-1164 and poked around a bit this week.

So far I've gotten rid of the dependency on an old Maven Shared module
that was hanging around from when Continuum and Archiva both lived at
Maven, and added an it.properties file to externalize the
urls/passwords needed for the tests.

The tests now run with 'mvn clean install', however they're all
failing. I'll work on it as time permits... additional volunteers are
welcome. :)
