Does quickfix have an automatic reseting of sequence numbers after midnight in GMT?? If so, it maybe causing a reset in a different moment because my server time zone is not in GMT, it is ín eastern time.

I am using my fix app with the MBT broker and i need to reset the sequence numbers after midnight in eastern time. How can i configure quickfix to do this in the correct time?? do i need to configure my server time zone to GMT or there is a quickfix parameter??
