SequenceDumper.pm issue revisited

Working with Gbrowse2.
Downloaded a GFF3 file from NCBI, loaded into a MySQL database.

When I try to search for a feature, I get this error in my log file:

"Can't locate
/usr/local/apache2/conf/gbrowse.conf/plugins/SequenceDumper.pm in @INC
...referer http://hagrid.slu.edu/cgi-bin/gbrowse/dradians/

This was discussed on June 1, 2007.  Scott wrote back to say that the
functionality of SequenceDumper.pm has been replaced by BatchDumper.pm

My question: then why is GBrowse2 calling for SequenceDumper.pm?

Thanks,
Maureen

Hi Maureen,

It looks to me like I never answered this; if that's the case, sorry I
don't know how I missed it.  If I did, please ignore me :-)

The reason the SequenceDumper would be called is that the
configuration file tells it to.  Take it out of the conf file and all
should be well.

Scott
