No one can tell what is appropriate for your particular site and
servers; that is for your people to do. My recommendation, based on how
you broached the subject, is to spend time learning about virtualization
and about each of the major offerings. It won't be quick, but today we
need to know the material. Then try experiments in the lab, at length.
