Set Text Height

Hi,

I am creating a searchable pdf from an image file with OCR results (with rectangle bounds of each word) and I am stuck trying to figure out how to set the height of the invisible text so that when selected the full word is highlighted.

At the moment I have no problem determining and setting the required width but I am having difficulty in determining how to set the height?

You help would be much appreciated
