Setting the sender email AND name

I have a site setup so that it uses the following email for the sender:
admin@... When people receive messages from the site, they appear in gmail as having been sent by 'admin', which is not very descriptive. I would like to set things so that it appears as, say, 'JIAMCATT admin', but without having to change the sender email address (because it would require me to create a new email account, forward it to the various admins, etc...). Yes,
Instead of entering : admin@... in the email field, you can enter: JIAMCATT admin <admin@...> This is quite standard email format, and handled by Tiki.
