Hi Sam,
While writing this mail I'm offline and on a computer that only has an
older version available in source - here viewBlogProperties.secureaction
contains the blog's default time zone. I'm not aware of any changes in
this regard, but I'll check once I get the opportunity to check with the
current source again.
