Shale and AJAX4JSF issue

Hi,

I am seeing the exact issue mentioned in:
https://issues.apache.org/struts/browse/SHALE-409

From the thread I am not clear, if the solution really works while using A4J and Shale. Do we have a stable build for Shale that addresses this issue?
