Short-term Smarty programming work

I need someone proficient in Smarty who can do a quick turnaround on an iPhone app that is 80-90% of the way done.  We need debugging and QA work done.  Shouldn’t be more than a few days-- are open to negotiating an hourly rate or a flat fee once you’ve examined the existing code.
