Shortcut problem in TB 2.0

I'm using 0.8 in TB 2.0.0.0. My standard approach is to highlight text
and hit Ctrl-7 to reply. That works fine in email. In newsgroups, Ctrl-7
does not reply to the newsgroup, it creates an email reply.
Right-clicking and choosing Quote in Reply to Newsgroup Ctrl+7 does
reply to the newsgroup.

Interestingly the Ctrl+7 option does not appear in the context menu when
I'm highlighting text in an email. I thought it was there as well
(certainly the keyboard shortcut works in email as expected).

Any chance of a quick fix? Thanks.
