Signal marshallers

Hi, i'm starting learning to code on the gnome platform. I have seen
epiphany and empathy projects, and both have a file containing
marshallers, but i do not know what they are. I have read GObject
information about this topic, but i get a few confused. I know they
exist in order to communicate signals and slots, but i do not know
why. So i wonder if you could give some other entry point to this
issue.
Thank you very much.

Hi Juan,

Have you read through:

http://library.gnome.org/devel/gobject/unstable/gobject-Signals.html

?

I don't have much experience with signals but this would seem like a good place to start.

r,
