Hi All,
I'm very new in GIS sector so i'm so sorry if my question is too newbie.
Currently I'm developing a simple java project that need to display S-57/ENC (.000) format on windows platform.
while I search on google, a lot of sample program was developed using C/C++ language so I have 2 plan to do that :
1. I develop program that load and display S-57 file on java language.
2. I develop such C/C++ worker to load and generate a image from S-57 file. and java will load from that image.
Actually, is there any simple free Library/API/SDK that can solve my problem ?
since this is the short time project. so i prefer don't build from the scratch.
