Hello Shaun,
I am not completely sure but I think it was Tcom
http://www.tcomlp.com/ who made the envelope, they make a lot of the
envelopes of todays Airships,
another chance could be  ILC Dover
http://www.ilcdover.com/products/aerospace_defense/lta.htm
Anyone who knows more please reply.

Regards

Andreas

I believe Airship Technologies Group (ATG) is the company under Roger Munk who designed and produced the SkyKitten. It appears ATG no longer exists, but Roger now is involved with another company called Hybrid Air Vehicles, which continues with further development of this type. TCOM, who have produced many airship envelopes for Roger's companies, also probably produced the SkyKitten envelope. TCOM and ILC Dover had an agreement to work together as one company, which probably still applies. TCOM has a picture of the SkyCat (succesor to the SkyKitten) on their website. I also believe they use a company called uretek to supply the materials used for aerostat and airship envelopes. This company also effectively is part of the TCOM/ILC Group, supplying material to standards that TCOM/ILC Dover specify/monitor.
Cheers, Charles
