Hopefully no one on the list will be too offended by this topic, but I
was curious – why do we actually use Title Case for everything?
My question is really that simple! I was doing some writing and ended
up Googling about Title Case, and it seems that Britain doesn't use it
much (at least for headlines), while America does. So I thought it
could be due to the project originally being American, but I don't
think that's going to be it. I'm expecting this is done simply due to
a well established typographical convention that have stuck over time
- and I'm sure somewhere here knows more about it…
So, anyone able to fill me in? :)
