SmartSVN Freezing on Refresh of transactions on OSX

Hi all,
Sometime since SmartSVN 6 (noticeable either since .03 or .04) came out, it locks up whenever I first load a project, or if I refresh after a lot of changes, the CPU is pegged at 99-100% by JavaApplicationStub and the application becomes too slow to even access menus.
I've tried getting a thread dump, but it never shows anything beyond:
BasicQuaquaLookAndFeel controlBG:com.apple.laf.AquaNativeResources$CColorPaintUIResource[r=238,g=238,b=238]

This happens in every project, and it doesn't change based on project size.

Is there anything that could be causing the program to freeze up on Refresh like this, or any way I can minimize it?
