SmartSVN Freezing on Refresh of transactions on OSX

Hi all,
Sometime since SmartSVN 6 (noticeable either since .03 or .04) came out, it
locks up whenever I first load a project, or if I refresh after a lot of
changes, the CPU is pegged at 99-100% by JavaApplicationStub and the
application becomes too slow to even access menus.
I've tried getting a thread dump, but it never shows anything beyond:
BasicQuaquaLookAndFeel
controlBG:com.apple.laf.AquaNativeResources$CColorPaintUIResource[r=238,g=238,b=238]

This happens in every project, and it doesn't change based on project size.

Is there anything that could be causing the program to freeze up on Refresh
like this, or any way I can minimize it?

That's the only line which is output? Did you generate thread dumps according
to:

 http://www.syntevo.com/smartsvn/techarticles.html?page=debugging.threaddump

Please try to create some dumps immediately before the lock-up happens and
check if they contain more content. Also, enable debug logging for
"smartsvn.refresh", as described here:

 http://www.syntevo.com/smartsvn/techarticles.html?page=debugging.logging

and send the log.txt file directly to us. Thanks!

I am also on Max OSX and this UI lockup is very easy to reproduce for
me. After I sync to head, I go to a folder (with my main project) and
press the "Refresh" button (at the top left corner). I then choose any
Transaction in the Transactions list and right-click choose "Show
Changes". I try to go forward and backward in the list of changes and at
some point (while "Local Refreshing..." is being displayed) the UI locks
up. You cannot even close the diff window although it does remember that
the close button was pressed and will eventually close the window.

A second case occurs when you have been coding awhile and click on the
SVN window to bring it forward so that you can check a diff for example
or check-in some code. Then it will start "Remote refreshing..." and the
same lockup can occur.

Please make some thread dumps (see

for details) while hanging and send them, together with the log file
(~/Library/Preferences/SmartSVN/6/log.txt) to smartsvn@.... Thanks in
