Snowblower ys828 won't start

Hey can someone help me?  I haven't run my snowblower for the last year.  I changed the gas, the oil, took the carb off and used carb cleaner on it, replaced it.  Tried starting fluid (ether), changed the gas one more time.  Used some gas in the spark plug hole and the only thing I can get is about 5 to 10 seconds of the motor running and then it quits.  What to do now???  Maybe somehow it needs an adjustment from the carb screw?  Does anyone know how to adjust the carb screw adjuster???   Thanks, smkaniuk@yahoo.com
