I came across this from the Lawyers that are taking this case for Millcreek Broadcasting...Jenner & Block LLP

Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC (Salt Lake City, UT) Represent the Official Committee of Unsecured Creditors in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases of Millcreek Broadcasting, LLC, 3 Point Media - Utah, LLC, 3 Point Media - Franklin, LLC and 3 Point Media - Delta, LLC. The Chapter 11 debtors hold certain FCC radio licenses in the Salt Lake City market and are seeking to sell substantially all of their assets through a section 363 sale process.

Now that I did not know?

363

Main Stages In a Section 363 Sale

• Agree conditional sale agreement between debtor and stalking
horse

• Sale procedures hearing (including approval of stalking horse bid
protections)

• 20 day notice period (generally) for overbids and possible auction

• Sale approval hearing

• Completion once conditions satisfied (eg regulatory approval)

The process requires the assets be widely advertised during the bidding process. Anybody seeing anything?

Had to shovel three inches this morning.

Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes....

This is what I was saying all along on the "other board." Milcreek is selling of their stations. I know Simmons and Clear Channel have both put in bids for the blaze, and I believe Citadel is promised U92 due to prior debts Millcreek owes them.
