We are currently looking for a qualified Solution Strategist Associate to join our Governance Risk and Compliance team at our office in San Francisco, CA (Candidates may work out of the following locations – San Francisco, CA, Phoenix, AZ, Los Angeles, CA, Denver, CO.) Key in on candidates with degree and 2-5 years experience in sales, prospecting and cold calling for a technology related company   The Governance, Risk and Compliance SSA position is an entry-level sales position responsible for learning, understanding, and proving the value of CA’s Governance solutions in context to the business and IT objectives of our customers and partners. This position will work closely with Senior Solutions Strategists, Account Managers, Account Directors, Channel Account Managers,members of the TSO/Pre-Sales team, and related roles, such as the Business Manager and Business Unit Representatives, to help drive sales opportunities from identification and qualification to closure. Upon completion of a comprehensive sales and technical training program,the Staff Solutions Associate will be accredited and ready for open Solution Strategist positions within the CA Sales organization. Key Responsibilities • Accountable for successfully completing the SSA training curriculum and field assignment responsibilities, which includes the creation of a field assignment plan with region, local Sales Managers, Account Management, and Solution Strategists support. This plan will include creating value for the Sales organization and participation in demand generation activities • Develop and leverage sustained trusted relationships with CA’s internal resources, external partners, senior client technologists, and other key CA personnel. This will be accomplished by gaining technical credibility through thought leadership, collaboration, and customer/partner advocacy. • Lead and participate in demand generation activity for CA’s North American Sales organization to increase the solution sales funnel nationwide • Sales organization focus • Customer focus • Financial targets • Internal business processes • Professional development • Leadership, teamwork, and planning If you have the relevant experience and are eager to be part of this dynamic company, then we are waiting to hear from you!
