Solution for error 236 with sip-0.4.0-bin-win32-sci4.0-beta.exe

Hi there,

I found that by adding 'C:\Program
Files\scilab-4.0\contrib\siptoolbox\lib' to the PATH variable on my
winXP pro box I got siptoolbox to run sucsssfully.
